Women in Black Vigils
Women in Black vigil at the Federal Building on Michigan Ave. on the 1st Friday of each month from noon-1:00 p.m. and on the 3rd Friday of each month from 4:30-5:30 p.m. In keeping with the WIB practice these are silent vigils.
