IGE Talks: Restorative Justice: Time: 7:00 pm; Event Description: Research shows retributive justice doesn't produce results as effectively as restorative justice. Is it a "prison-industrial complex" that perpetuates a failed system, or do voters just like to elect fearmongers? You may play defense or offense.
